Andrew Aldridge
Managing Director
Andrew and his brother Tom Aldridge established Commercial Property Associates, now CPA Property, in 1988 as a property consultancy company.
Andrew specialises in Agency, Management and Investment in land and property matters in the South East.
Andrew qualified as a surveyor and with nearly 50 years of hands on experience in the many and various aspects of property and land.
Andrew strongly believes in the benefits of working with a specialist and dedicated team of consultants in this vital, ever changing, interesting industry.
Emma Mina
Senior Property Manager
Emma is a NRLA Certified Property Manager and joined the team in January 2023. Her role encompasses Property Management, Agency, Accounts. Utilising skills gained from her varied employment history, including PR, Project Management, she is the first port of call for our clients and tenants for any management requirements. ‘I pride myself on being highly organised and reliable, ensuring our clients receive a high quality, proactive service in a fast-changing industry with many challenges ahead’.

Gus Lambert is the founder and surveyor of Lambert Building Surveys and has been helping property buyers for over 30 years.
Gus specialises in Residential Properties, Listed Buildings, and Commercial Properties.
Jaqueline Shanks
Planning Assistance Provider
Jaqueline’s specialties are -measured surveys, plans for Land Registry, making Planning Applications and Building Control applications for domestic or commercial developments.

Architectural Design
Mark pride’s his work on offering high quality commissions in a broad range and scale of projects, from small home improvements to complex multi unit developments.
