Managing Director & Co-Founder
Andrew Aldridge co-founded Commercial Property Associates—now known as CPA Property—with his brother Tom in 1988. With nearly five decades of experience in property and land consultancy, Andrew brings a level of insight and perspective that only time and hands-on involvement can deliver.
Andrew has built a trusted reputation across the South East for his work in agency, management, and investment. His calm, considered approach and deep understanding of the industry make him a valued advisor to clients navigating everything from acquisitions and sales to complex portfolio management.

Emma Mina
Senior Property Manager
Emma is a NRLA Certified Property Manager and joined the team in January 2023. Her role encompasses Property Management, Agency, Accounts. Utilising skills gained from her varied employment history, including PR, Project Management, she is the first port of call for our clients and tenants for any management requirements. ‘I pride myself on being highly organised and reliable, ensuring our clients receive a high quality, proactive service in a fast-changing industry with many challenges ahead’.

Gus Lambert is the founder and surveyor of Lambert Building Surveys and has been helping property buyers for over 30 years.
Gus specialises in Residential Properties, Listed Buildings, and Commercial Properties.
